3X500MCM+3X1AWG Copper multi-core XLPE insulation copper shielding PVC or EVA sheath 2KV VDF CABLE XTMU

Constructure:
Conductor: Copper compacted according to ASTM B8, ASTM B496 6 6, ASTM B835
Insulation: extruded and colored cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) is used to determine the phase.
Three grounding conductors: compacted white copper coated with green mesh polyethylene (XLPE).
Squeezing filler: PVC or EVA (depending on cable version).
Metal screen: copper tape.

Sheath: PVC or EVA in black color. Other colors can be provided upon request.

Application and purpose:

In the power circuits of induction motors in commercial and industrial facilities, such as conveyors, windmills, or other equipment.

Certification, testing, and standards

The manufacturing, methods, and testing frequency of these cables are based on the ICEA S95-658 standard and the provisions of the Hongda Cable  ISO 9001 quality management system. The special characteristics of XTMU/EVA VDF cables under fire conditions are controlled according to the following standards and methods.

Flame retardant: IEC 60332-1

Non spreading fire: IEC 60332-3 Class C

Smoke emissions: IEC 61034-1, IEC 61034-2

Halogen content: IEC 607541

Conductivity and corrosiveness of gases: IEC 60754-2

The version marked for tray cable (TC) trays complies with NEC Article 336. According to ICEA T-30-520 and IEC 60332-3-24 Class C standards, station characteristics allow for higher flame intensity testing in vertical pallets.
